Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview
Tifton Web Design LLC provides digital services and deliverables, including website design, digital graphics, marketing materials, and related online services. Because all products delivered by our business are digital and non-tangible, all sales are final, and no physical returns are accepted under any circumstances.
Our goal is to ensure that every client is fully satisfied with their project. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.
**No Returns on Digital Products
(Non-Tangible Goods)**
All services, digital files, and deliverables are considered final and non-returnable. Once work has begun or deliverables have been provided—whether in draft, partial, or completed form—they cannot be “returned” or exchanged.
Revision Policy
Most design and development services include a series of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with the final product. The number of revisions varies by service or plan, but in general:
Revisions will be made based on the scope of work agreed upon at the start of the project.
Revisions must stay consistent with the original project scope unless additional services are purchased.
We encourage clients to provide clear, detailed feedback during the revision process to ensure the best possible outcome.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued under the specific circumstances outlined below:
Client-Requested Refunds
A client may be eligible for a partial or full refund only if:
The client is not satisfied after multiple revisions,
ANDThe client chooses to discontinue the project entirely,
ANDThe Designer agrees that further revisions will not resolve the issue.
Refunds may be prorated based on the amount of completed work up to the cancellation date.
Designer-Requested Refunds
A full or partial refund may also be issued if:
The Designer chooses to end the project, and
A successful design or final result cannot be reasonably completed.
In such cases, the client will be refunded for the portion of the project not completed.
Non-Refundable Fees
The following fees and payments are strictly non-refundable:
Domain purchases or transfers
Third-party tools, plugins, subscriptions, or licensing fees
Hosting fees
Any rush fees, priority fees, or after-hours work fees
Completed deliverables already approved by the client
Payments made for services outside the original project scope
Process for Requesting a Refund

Include your project name, invoice number, and a detailed explanation of your concerns. Refund requests must be submitted in writing. We will review your request and reply within 3–5 business days.
Final Decision
Tifton Web Design LLC reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the terms above and the amount of completed work. All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
